The rooms were brand-new, it was clean and reasonably large venue. The restaurant was good, exceptional service, good food. It was central and close to Benidorm Old Town. We loved being there.

Staff and food were excellent! Speedy check-in was a bonus. Was in a very nice area and close to restaurants and bars. Also, El Casco Antiguo de Benidorm was max 20 minutes walk to. The poolside bar was great, loved this place.

Bright rooms overall and reasonable value. Breakfast was amazing and staff obliging. Amazing view of ocean. There was a pool to enjoy too. In addition, the parking was nearby. It was centrally located.

The place was reasonably priced. Really busy hotel, however with helpful enough staff and efficient wi-fi. The venue was a great base for enjoying an enjoyable area. Breakfast was tasteful and very comprehensive; included fresh fruit, breads, bakery, hardboiled eggs and meats.

The bed was narrow here.

Friendly location, modern staff and well-appointed rooms, very good wi-fi. I got free upgrade and really enjoyed it. Reasonable breakfast included boiled eggs, meats, breads, bakery and fresh fruit, the fee was gbp 4 per person. The property was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Benidorm downtown. Outstanding value and nice service.

Everything was good as always. 5 mins walk to the centre. For dinner, we went to El Corral Del Pollo, it was easy walk to the venue❤

This hotel was comfortable place for exploring Benidorm, enjoyed it. Our king room had air conditioner, satellite television and a study table. Venue's maid was top! Worth its 4 stars.
